NADRA is all set to introduce its innovative Biker Service in Sindh, bringing a new level of convenience to identity card services. Starting January 20, residents of Karachi, Hyderabad, and Mirpurkhas can apply for CNICs, renewals, or modifications from the comfort of their homes. This service will also allow parents to obtain B-forms for their children without visiting NADRA offices.
The Biker Service, already a success in Punjab, will have three motorcycles dedicated to Karachi and one each for Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas. Applicants can book a rider to complete their requests, with the processed CNICs or B-forms delivered directly to their doorstep. The service aims to eliminate long queues and travel hassle, making it especially beneficial for those with busy schedules or mobility challenges.
To use this facility, an additional fee of Rs. 1,000 will be charged alongside the regular CNIC issuance or renewal costs. This small fee ensures a seamless and time-saving process, allowing citizens to avoid the crowds at NADRA offices.
This initiative reflects NADRA’s commitment to modernizing public services and making them more accessible. Alongside the Biker Service, NADRA is also working on a new mobile app to enhance security and provide better services, particularly for Pakistanis living abroad. With these efforts, NADRA continues to streamline processes and improve user experience for everyone.
